中西医结合科
111 中国康复研究中心北京博爱医院中西医结合康复科是我院的重点科室之一，成立于2004年4月，现有病床150余张，每年收治患者近300人次。我科采用多元化中西医结合方式进行康复治疗，设有近500平方米的康复训练室（PT、OT）、文体训练室、中医治疗室（包括针灸、推拿、足底反射疗及中药泡洗、中医蒸汽）、理疗室、语言训练室（ST）及认知治疗室，可以为患者提供完善的康复治疗。同时，我科还设有家庭式病房，有利于家属对患者的照料和探视，有利于患者参与家庭生活和社会生活，更有利于患者的心理康复。我科拥有医护技工作人员50余名，主任医师2名、副主任医师1名、副主任技师1名、博士后1名、博士1名、硕士4名，康复技术力量雄厚。目前，我科已成为一个集医教研于一体的大型科室；不仅成功接待了来自澳大利亚的中医学习班，同时还承担着国内外学生实习及进修医师、康复技师的带教工作。
业务范围
1．脑卒中、脑外伤恢复期患者的康复训练和偏瘫继发障碍：肩痛、肩手综合症、肌肉痉挛、癫痫、失语、饮水呛咳、二便失禁的中医特色治疗。
2．脊柱、脊髓损伤后截瘫或四肢瘫患者的康复训练和并发症的防治。
3．截肢患者的康复训练和并发症的防治。
4．骨折不愈合患者的中西医结合治疗。
5．植物人的促醒治疗。
6．其他疾病的中西医康复治疗。
特色治疗
1．我科与中医药大学合作，引进其最新的中医治疗设备和人才，对治疗肩手综合症、骨折不愈合、肌肉痉挛和关节挛缩、下肢静脉血栓、骨质疏松、微循环障碍等有极好的疗效。
2．中西医结合的特定穴位注射治疗脑病是我科进行的国际先进课题。
3．近500平方米的超大训练室百余种康复器械使患者能够积极参与训练。
4．我科理疗室拥有脑部康复治疗仪，对脑损伤后的头晕乏力、肢体活动不利、言语不清、继发性癫痫、神经性头痛、睡眠障碍、心理障碍效果明显。
5．毫米波治疗仪对关节炎、压疮、疼痛等的治疗效果明显。
6．空气波压力治疗仪对肩手综合征、肢体循环障碍及防治静脉血栓疗效显著。
7．我科采用督脉电针治疗脊髓损伤，改善膀胱功能为国内领先水平。
8．中药熏蒸仪可以帮助缓解肌肉痉挛及改善肢体循环障碍。
9．轮椅篮球、乒乓球和垂钓等文体训练使住院期间生活丰富多彩。
专家推介
王征美
中西医结合科主任，主任医师、医学硕士、首都医科大学康复系中医教研室教授、美国中国医学科学院客座教授、中医执业医师考试委员会委员；出身于医学世家， 1982年毕业于北京中医药大学，曾在北京医科大学附属第三医院和中国中医科学院西苑医院深造，并于1987年取得医学硕士学位；从事中西医结合康复20余年，积累了丰富的临床经验，对中西医结合康复有独到的见解；曾先后赴美国、日本、欧洲及港澳等地参加学术研究及讲学；在国内外医学期刊发表文章近30篇；参与多部中西医结合康复论著和教材的编纂。

孙岚
副主任医师、医学硕士；1993年毕业于北京中医药大学，2004年取得首都医科大学硕士学位；从事中西医结合康复10余年，积累了丰富的临床经验，对中西医结合康复治疗神经原性膀胱和截瘫神经痛有深入研究；曾赴欧洲参加学术研究及讲学；在国内外医学期刊发表文章数篇；参与多部中西医结合康复论著的编纂工作。

Brief introduction of the Department of combining TCM-WM：
The department of combining TCM-WM which was founded in May 2004 is one of the important departments in CRRC. The department There are more than 150 beds in the department, and about 200 patients annually. There are a PT and OT room which is 500m2 , a physical and recreational training room, a Chinese medicine treatment room (including acupuncture, massage, reflection and Chinese herbal bath), a physical therapy room, a ST room and a cognitive therapy room affiliating to the department which adopts diversified TCM-WM rehabilitation mood and provides rich rehabilitation therapy for patients. Most of the hospital wards are family housing form and community housing pattern, which is profit to family members’ nursing and visiting, to patients’ participation in family life and social life, and especially to patients’ psychological rehabilitation. There are more than 40 medical care personnel, including 2 consultant doctors, 1 vice-consultant doctor and 1 vice-consultant technician, including 1 post-doctorate, 1 doctor and 4 masters. The technical force of rehabilitation is abundant. At present the department has been a large one that carries out treatment task combined with research and education in this field at present. The department has recepted a TCM learning class from Australia successfully, besides that it has undertaken the task teaching practice students, doctors and technician for further education.
Medical Service
1.Rehabilitation for stroke and brain trauma patients in recovery period. TCM treatment for secondary disorder in patients with hemiplegia, such as shoulder pain, shoulder-hand syndrome, muscle spasm, epilepsy, aphasia, choking and coughing over self water, urinary and fecal incontinence.
2.Rehabilitation training and prevention and treatment of complications for patients with spinal cord injury
3.Rehabilitation training and prevention and treatment of complications for amputees.
4.Combined TCM-WM therapy for patients with fracture disunion.
5.Consciousness-regaining therapy for patients in vegetative state.
6.Rehabilitation therapy combining TCM-WM for other diseases.
Characteristic Treatment of TCM
1.The department has cooperated with Beijing University of TCM and introduced the newly equipments and talents of TCM. Good results have been acquired in treatment for shoulder-hand syndrome, fracture disunion, muscle spasm, lower limb venous thrombosis, osteoporosis, microcirculation disturbance.
2.Point injection combined TCM-WM is an international advanced subject of our department.
3.Super-large training room about 500m2 and more than 100 kinds of rehabilitation devices enable patients take part in training.
4.There is a rehabilitation instrument for brain in our physiotherapy room, which has got evident efficacy in dizziness, unfavorable limb movement, speech disorder, secondary epilepsy, neural headache, sleep disorder, psychological obstacle.
5.The efficacy of Millimeter waves in treating arthritis, pressure sore, pain and so on.
6.The efficacy of IPC in treating shoulder-hand syndrome, limb circulation disorder and in preventing venous thrombosis.
7.The department is on the leading level in China in the treatment of spinal cord injury with DU Meridian electroacupuncture.
8.The Chinese herb fumigation instrument is useful to mitigate muscle spasm and improve limb circulation disturbance.
9.Physical training such as playing basketball and tennis on wheelchair and whiff have enriched patients life in hospital.
Expert Introduction
Wang Zhengmei
The director of the Department of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the consultant doctor, a medical master, the TCM professor in the Rehabilitation Department of Capital University of Medical Sciences, a visiting professor in TCM Department of USA Medical college, a committeeman of Physician Qualification Examination Council, and a member of the editorial committee of ‘Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice’. Director Wang graduated from Beijing University of TCM in 1982, studied in the 3nd affiliated hospital of Peking University Health Center and XiYuan hospital ,then got the medical master degree in Peking University Health Center in 1987. Director Wang has studied TCM from his childhood, worked on combining TCM-WM rehabilitation for more than 20 years and accumulated rich clinical experience, and has his own special insight in TCM-WM rehabilitation. Director Wang has joined in academic research and given lectures in USA, Japan, Europe and Hongkong. Director Wang has published 30 articles in medical journal at home and abroad, and taken part in the compilation of several works on combining TCM-WM rehabilitation.

Sun Lun
The vice-consultant doctor, a medical master. Sun graduated from Beijing University of TCM in 1993 and got the medical master degree in Capital University of Medical Sciences in 2004. Sun has worked on combining TCM-WM rehabilitation for more than 10 years and accumulated rich clinical experience, and has made a thorough research on curing neurogenic bladder and neuralgia of paraplegia. Sun has joined in academic research and given lectures in Europe, published several articles in medical journal at home and abroad, and taken part in the compilation of several works on combining TCM-WM rehabilitation.
