1111我科是在1988.10.28康复中心建成后即成立的康复技术治疗科 室。科室现有工作人员27人，主要负责医院各相关临床科室及门诊 患者的康复治疗，治疗的病种主要包括：“三瘫一截” 。通过作业疗 法的评定与治疗使患者能够在最短时间内获得最大限度的功能改 善，提高日常生活活动(ADL)自理能力，为回归社会、回归家庭创 造条件。

1111我科经过开院后18年的建设已初步形成了老、中、青相结合的人才队伍，现有硕士生5人，本科生8人，大专生12人，中专2人。
1111专业介绍
OT是由作业疗法的英文Occupational Therapy缩写得来的，它是一门专门的康复专业，是运用有目的的、经过选择的作业活动或作业项目作为治疗手段，帮助患者最大限度地改善与提高自理、工作及休闲娱乐等方面的功能独立水平，提高生活质量。
OT能够提供哪些治疗项目？
11111、维持日常生活所必需的活动，如：进食、更衣、如厕等人们每天反复进行的活动，教会患者如何掌握日常生活的技巧，提高自理能力。
11112、治疗性活动，根据患者的功能障碍，OT师选择与之相适应的作业活动或训练设备改善运动功能。
11113、生产性活动，包含多项功能的综合训练，既有体能的又有心理方面的，如：手工艺、编织、木工等，提高患者兴趣同时提高了自信心。
11114、心理和社会性活动，通过娱乐性、艺术性活动调节患者的心理状态，维持患者与社会的融合能力。
1111总之，作业疗法的目的和方法都是为了从作业能力的角度考虑，改善功能提高自理能力，因此OT科针对的服务对象也就包括了各种年龄段的患者，主要症状包括：脑血管意外、颅脑损伤造成的偏瘫、脊髓损伤造成的截瘫、周围神经损伤、骨关节病，手外伤，截肢，脑瘫等。
OT, short for occupational therapy in English，is a specialized rehabilitation specialty. With purposeful, selective occupational activities or program OT is responsible for helping patients to obtain their maximum independence in self-care, working and recreation for life of high quality.
What kind of treatment program can OT provide?
1. The necessary activities for daily living including the repeated daily activities such as eating, changing clothes, toileting etc will be provided here to make patients master the skill of daily living and improve their independence of self-care.
2. Therapeutic activities. According to patients’ individual functional disorder, occupational therapist will select appropriate activities or training equipment to improve their function of movement.
3. Manual work activities including various kinds of comprehensive functional training of physical and psychological field, such as handicraft, weaving woodworking etc to increase both interest and self-confidence of patients.
4. Psychological and social activities. Recreational and artistic activities are selected for patients to regulate their psychological condition and keep harmonization between patients and society.
In a word, both purpose and methods of OT emphasize particularly on occupational ability to improve function and independence of self-care of patients. The patients of OT department should include those at any age with diseases mainly including hemiplegia resulted from cerebral stroke, brain injury, paraplegia resulted from spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, bone and joint diseases, hand trauma, amputation, cerebral palsy etc.
