1111儿童康复科是中国康复研究中心附属北京博爱医院重点康复科室之一。是医、教、研为一体,以收治十八岁以下脑瘫患儿、脑外伤后遗症、脑炎及精神发育迟滞以及其他伴有肢体残疾的儿童为主要服务对象的科室。它是在借助医院的先进康复设备和技术、多种学科的参与和严格全面评价的基础上,以中西医相结合,采用多种先进康复手段,和运动疗法、作业疗法、语言疗法、手术治疗、平衡训练、肉毒毒素神经阻滞疗法、水疗、电疗、认知训练、文体治疗、针灸、按摩、康复护理、脑瘫智力疗法、矫形器治疗等全面康复为特色的科室。
???? 近年来我们在上述康复治疗的基础上,将彼图教授开创的引导式教育引入部分患儿的一日生活之中,其特点是引导员与家长相互配合，通过语言、听觉、视觉刺激及运动能力的训练,将语言与动作连贯,进行综合与交流的教育治疗方法,是一个全面系统,在改善患儿运动障碍的同时，提高其语言交流能力及智力水平，从而促进了患儿的性格发展。即增加了训练的趣味性、实用性；又提高了患儿参与康复训练的主动性与竞争性。经过一段时间的训练,患儿能尽快掌握日常生活动作。
???? 我们也对脑瘫患儿开展“感觉统合”训练和特殊教育,从而加强对脑瘫儿的教育康复,使康复与教育融为一体。
???? 儿童康复科二十年来门诊接待了来自全国各地和少数国外患儿3万余名,入院患儿2000余人次,3个月一个疗程,总有效率达90%以上。1999年2月26日,在我科的基础上又成立了“儿童脑瘫康复国际合作中心”，从而进一步加强了与国内外的合作和康复信息的交流。
???? 儿童康复科室面积1000平方米,设置床位58张。有7名经验丰富的医生，16名医护、教师1名,及参与儿科康复治疗者10余名。我科门诊时间为周一至周日均开放，其中周一至周五为专家门诊。

???? The Children Rehabilitation Department is the one of the most important department in the China Rehabilitation Research Center. Its function is not only to treat the patients, but also to educate and research. The patients are the children whose ages are below 18 years old with cerebral palsy, brain traumatic sequela, encephalitis sequela, mental retardation and other handicap. On the basis of advanced equipment and technique, associating with other departments, strict entirely estimating, there are lots of Western medical and Chinese traditional medical methods. The methods include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, operation, balance exercise, nerve block injection of botulium toxin, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, cognizing exercise, entertainment therapy, acupuncture, massage, special education and orthosis.
???? In the last several years, conductive education that was initiated by Dr. Peto has been tried in the daily living of some children. The conductor can treat the children by language, hearing and seeing with the help of their parents. Not only the movement but also the communion, mentality, character of the children can develop. This method is interesting, practical and enhance the children’s go-aheadism, rivalrousness. After some time, the children can grasp the action of daily living.
???? We are preparing the sensory integration and special education, in order to associate rehabilitation with education.
???? In the last twenty years, we have received about 30000 out-patients coming from all over China and other countries. The in-patients number is about 2000, whose period of treatment is three months. The efficient rate is above 90%. In twenty-sixth February 1999, we set up International Co-operation Unit for Children with Cerebral Palsy on the basis of the children’s rehabilitation department. The cooperation and communion with inside and outside country have enhanced.
???? The area of the children’s rehabilitation department is 1000 square meters. The beds number is 58. There are 7 seasoned doctors, 16 nurses, a special education teacher and over 10 therapists. The clinique is opened in whole day from Monday to Sunday. The experts are on duty in the whole day from Monday to Friday.
