111脊髓损伤康复科是首都医科大学康复医学院附属中国康复研究中心博爱医院的重点科室，创建于1986年，是中国大陆地区第一个为脊髓损伤患者提供全面系统的综合康复治疗及并发症处理的临床科室。曾派专人赴美国、日本、挪威、泰国、香港等地区学习交流。在引进国外脊髓损伤康复先进设备和经验的基础上，成功地建立并完善了一整套适合国情的脊髓损伤康复程序。现有床位60张，每年在我科治疗的脊髓损伤康患者达数百人次。针对脊髓损伤患者的病情特点，提供PT治疗、OT治疗、文体治疗、中医治疗、支具治疗，心理康复、社会康复等专业康复治疗。通过康复治疗使患者的残存能力得到最大程度的提高，使其达到生活自理或部分自理，最终回归家庭、重返社会。特色治疗内容有：
1111、 开展脊髓损伤全面系统康复。主要包括康复评定、康复目标的制定和康复训练等内容。
1112、 预防和治疗脊髓损伤并发症，包括压疮、痉挛、疼痛、泌尿系感染、骨质疏松、异位固化、深静脉血栓等病症。
1113、 开展选择性后根切断术、酚溶液神经阻滞术、直肠电刺激，药物baclofen等方法治疗脊髓损伤痉挛，目前居国内领先水平。
1114、 与中国科学院自动化研究所合作研制的“环境控制系统”，适合中国国情，可帮助重度残疾的四肢瘫患者完成家庭环境的控制，提高患者的生活质量。
111周红俊，1987年毕业于华西医科大学医疗系，主任医师。1987-1991年在北京博爱医院康复部工作，1991至今在北京博爱医院脊髓损伤康复科，现为脊髓损伤康复科负责人。参与《中国康复医学》、《康复医学理论与实践》、《中国康复医学诊疗规范》等多部大型康复医学专著的编写，现担任国际脊髓协会中国残疾人康复协会脊髓损伤专业委员会和中国残疾人康复协会脊髓损伤专业委员会副秘书长，《中国康复理论与实践》杂志编委。曾赴挪威和泰国学习。在脊髓损伤的康复及脊髓损伤后痉挛、压疮、疼痛等相关并发症的预防及治疗方面具有丰富经验。参与编写医学专著近十部，发表论文30余篇。
111汪家琮，1966年毕业于首都医科大学医疗系，主任医师，教授，享受政府特殊津贴。曾参加日本国立康复中心康复医师进修班并获证书，并到该中心访问学习。曾赴美国纽约大学医中心康复研究所（腊斯克研究所）、美国纽约大学金水康复中心、加拿大多伦多脊髓损伤康复中心（林贺斯德医院）等国际著名康复中心研修。在脊髓损伤的康复及截瘫的痉挛、疼痛、压疮等并发症的治疗方面有丰富经验，尤其在截瘫痉挛的治疗方面具有极深的造诣。其主持研制的直肠电刺激仪在治疗截瘫患者下肢痉挛方面填补了国内空白，具有世界先进水平。参与编写医学专著数十部，发表论文数十篇。
111刘根林，医学硕士，副主任医师，大学毕业后一直从事脊髓损伤专业的临床康复工作。曾到日本、香港交流学习。对脊髓损伤康复患者的康复治疗及其并发症的处理具有丰富的临床经验，并获得多项科研成果。曾获北京市卫生局94 年度科技进步二等奖。参加国际康复医学研讨会三次，参与编写康复专著三部，发表论文十余篇。
Brief Introduction of Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Department
Spinal cord injury rehabilitation department is the key department of Beijing Charity Hospital affiliated to the Capital University of Medical Sciences, founded in 1986.It is the first clinical department in mainland in China providing comprehensive and systemic rehabilitation treatment and complication management for the SCI patients. Several people in our department have visited the United States, Japan, Norway, Thailand and HongKang to study the advanced rehabilitation treatment knowledge. Based on the foreign advanced SCI rehabilitation technology and equipment, we establish and perfect successfully a series of SCI rehabilitation programs which combine western medicine with Chinese traditional medicine and adapt to Chinese condition. There are 60 beds in our department and several hundreds of SCI patients received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment every year. We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Recreational Therapy, Chinese Traditional Therapy, Orthopedic Therapy, Psychological Rehabilitation, Social Rehabilitation for SCI patients. Our goal of rehabilitation is to maximize the amount of preserved ability, to help the SCI patients live independently or partly independently, to reenter the family and community finally. The characteristic treatments include:
1. Providing comprehensive and systemic SCI rehabilitation. Mainly include rehabilitation evaluation, designing the rehabilitation goal and rehabilitation training.
2. Prevention and treatment of SCI complications, including pressure sore, spasticity, pain urinary tract infection, osteoporosis, hetertopic ossification, deep vein thrombosis etc.
3. Experienced in treatment of SCI spasticity by selectively rhizotomy, phenol solution nerve blocks, rectal electrical stimulation and oral antispastic medicine, etc.
4. “Environmental Control System ”, which was coordinated designed by the Automation Institute of China Scientific Institute, adapts to the Chinese condition, will help the tetraplegia to control the family environment and improve their quality of life.
